About

Chris is an award-winning creative and commercials director who’s been making culture-shifting work for nearly two decades. His first ad, a channel ident for MTV, was commissioned while he was still studying at Central Saint Martins. A year after finishing Watford Ad School, his comedy short Deliveries Before Dawn took home Silver and the New Director Award at the British Arrows.

Since then, he’s helped make Yorkshire Tea’s iconic box carbon neutral, directed Range Rover’s most-viewed film online, broadcast the first live Christmas ad, updated Goldilocks with three gay bears, got Bez to plan Shaun Ryder’s funeral, and made a man out of mochi.

His work has been recognised at Cannes, D&AD, British Arrows, Kinsale, Creative Circle, LIA, and Campaign — and has screened at the BFI and on Channel 4.

After six years at Lucky Generals, Chris is now freelance.
